What you'll need: 1) Loose clothing. Sweat or yoga pants are ideal, no tight jeans or binding waists.
2) An empty stomach. A drink before class or a light meal finished an hour before class is fine. Finish a big meal 2 to 3 hours before class.
3) Bring a blanket to class. A thick blanket that will cover your whole body.
If you already have your own mat, feel free to bring it. Otherwise all mats are provided by us, free of charge!
Tips:
- Sit close to the instructor if you have hearing difficulties; I often speak softly to generate the right mood.
- Take a rest room break before class. - For the comfort of others, please refrain from wearing perfume or cologne.

Refund Policy: There are no refunds once classes begin, but you may postpone your registration and resume when it is convenient, or transferred it to another person.
Come early, stay late.
Classes are set up 15 minutes before they begin. You are welcome to show up early and relax, stretch or just hang out in a peaceful space. And to stay after class for questions or free one-on-one instruction.
